November 24th

Four days ago the dog died. Alfred said, "Look, Lindsay, the dog died!" It is still lying where it died. This morning something started to eat its head. I'm really hoping he gets around to burying it today.

Hi Linds...
What a girl, what an adventure. Every morning we rush to our computers to see if you have posted anything new and then we proceed to tell our friends about your escapades. They are all "wowed" and love to hear what new things you are encountering. Love the pictures; you are a great photographer; keep taking tons of pictures... you are so tan!!! Need more pictures with you in them along with the "backwoods boys," the owner of the farms, other workers, the farm, cows, and especially pigs (which I love). See if someone will take a pic of you milking the cows. We need to make an enlargement of that. We missed you at Thanksgiving, but you made the right decision to stay a little longer. This kind of opportunity doesn't come up every day. Love you and I'm praying for your safety and your French oo-la-la. That's French, isn't it?
Au Revoir, mon petite fille...
Love and hugs, Grandma Lund

Je vous aime mon grand fille-you are a galvanizing force in our lives and apparently in many others! G,ma said much of what i also feel and i can't wait to hear your details about the country, the language, the cows, the pigs, the workers, your diet, your further plans. so, come home with your stories and tell them well as you always do. And enjoy your remaining work, food, fun and friends.
love, Grandpa Lund
